Team headshot sessions are structured to be straightforward and efficient. Most sessions take place in my studio – a controlled environment optimised for portraits. Sometimes that’s not the best option for your business. In these cases, a portable studio can be set up in your office, allowing staff to step in for their headshot and return to work within minutes.
Everyone receives the same consistent lighting and style, ensuring the final images work seamlessly across your website, LinkedIn profiles, and marketing materials.
Executive portraits
For leadership teams and senior staff, a little more time and attention can make a meaningful difference.
Executive sessions allow for a more considered portrait – still aligned with the overall team style, but with space to refine posture, expression, and presence. These portraits are often used for media appearances, keynote speaking, board positions, and professional profiles.
The Cover Shot
Many organisations include a team photograph – what I call the Cover Shot.
This image becomes the visual anchor for the organisation: used on websites, annual reports, media features, and presentations. As teams grow, the photograph can be updated so it continues to reflect the people who make up the business today.
